If a disposable vape is not working as expected, start with simple checks and stop immediately if the device is damaged, unusually hot, swollen, leaking heavily or producing an abnormal smell. Do not open, puncture or modify the device.
The device does not activate
Confirm that all packaging seals, protective plugs and airflow stickers have been removed. Check whether the airflow inlet is blocked. If the model is rechargeable, connect it to a suitable USB power source with the recommended cable, place it on a non-flammable surface and allow time to charge. Do not use a visibly damaged cable or device.
If the indicator reacts but no vapor is produced, stop repeated long draws. The device may be depleted, blocked or faulty. Contact the seller or supplier with the model name, batch information and a short description of the issue.
The device will not charge
Inspect the charging port for debris or damage without inserting metal objects. Try a compatible cable and a standard power source. Do not leave the device charging unattended or use it while it is hot. If the port is loose, the device becomes hot, or there is no response after a reasonable charging period, discontinue use.
Weak vapor or restricted airflow
Make sure fingers are not covering the airflow inlet. Condensation around the mouthpiece can sometimes restrict airflow; wipe the exterior gently with a clean tissue. Avoid aggressive shaking, squeezing or inserting tools into the mouthpiece.
Burnt or unpleasant taste
A burnt taste can occur after repeated long draws, insufficient time between draws or near the end of the device’s usable life. Stop using the device and let it cool. If the taste remains, replace the device. Continuing to use a burnt-tasting device is not recommended.
Gurgling or minor condensation
Small amounts of condensation can collect around the mouthpiece during normal use. Wipe the exterior and keep the device upright. If e-liquid enters the mouth, spit it out, rinse the mouth with water and discontinue use. Seek appropriate medical advice if exposure causes symptoms.
Leakage, heat or physical damage
Stop using the device if it leaks significantly, becomes unusually hot, is crushed, swollen or punctured. Keep it away from heat, water, children and pets. Follow local rules for battery and electronic-waste disposal; do not place damaged lithium-battery devices in household fire or incineration.
