Ready to ship means the stock already exists, is packed to a known carton specification, and can leave the warehouse on a short, quotable lead time. It is the difference between restocking a proven SKU in weeks and waiting months for a production slot. This page sets out exactly what our in-stock hardware programme covers, what the minimum order looks like, the packing and loading data you need to price freight, and the documents that travel with the goods.
It is written for importers, distributors and brand owners buying vape hardware at container scale. If you are commissioning a new device instead of restocking one, start with the OEM and ODM page.

What “Ready to Ship” Actually Means Here
The phrase is used loosely across the industry, so it is worth being specific about the four conditions we hold ourselves to before calling a line ready to ship.
- Existing inventory, not a production slot. The units are in a warehouse, not queued behind someone else’s order.
- A firm lead time in working days. Not “about two weeks” – a number you can put in front of your own customer.
- Packing data supplied up front. Units per display box, boxes per carton, carton dimensions and gross weight, issued before you ask, so freight can be quoted immediately.
- Samples from the same batch. Approval samples come from the stock the bulk order will be picked from, not from a separate golden sample.
If any of the four is missing, you are looking at a made-to-order line with ready-to-ship language attached to it. Ask which warehouse holds the stock, and ask for a dated stock snapshot.
In-Stock Hardware Lines
The current ready-to-ship catalogue concentrates on three established hardware families. Flavour breadth is the variable that matters most, because it decides whether one purchase order can serve several buyer segments or whether you end up placing a second one later.
Al Fakher Crown Bar 60K
A shisha-style high-capacity disposable with ten shisha-inspired flavour profiles, running from double apple through to mint-forward blends. It sells best in markets where shisha taste familiarity does the selling for you, and where a 60,000-puff format reads as a genuine upgrade rather than an over-specified device. This is the line that anchors most of our mixed pallets.
VOZOL Pro T28 (ECO 20K / POWER 15K)
A dual-mode device: ECO mode stretches the same pod to roughly 20,000 puffs, POWER mode trades capacity for a stronger draw at around 15,000. Eight colour-matched flavours. The commercial appeal is that one SKU covers both the value-conscious buyer and the cloud-chasing one, which reduces the number of lines you have to hold to cover a market.
ALIBARBAR Ingot 9000
A broad fruit-and-ice catalogue with the deepest flavour count of the three. It is the practical choice when you are supplying many small buyers who each want a narrow selection, rather than one large buyer who wants depth in a single profile.

These three are the lines we can quote from stock today. Other models are available on a made-to-order basis through the OEM and ODM programme, and the full active catalogue sits in the product catalogue.

One minimum order of 2,000 pcs covers all three lines together, and mixed flavours and mixed models are supported inside that quantity. Units per display box, boxes per carton, carton dimensions and gross weight are issued per model before you order.
Minimum Order and Mixed Flavours
Minimum order is 2,000 pcs, and mixed flavours are supported inside that quantity, so a single order can carry several profiles across one or more models. Mixed pallets are what most importers actually want, because a narrow single-flavour order locks up working capital in a bet on one taste.
Two practical notes. First, mixed-flavour orders are packed per carton rather than per pallet, so tell us the flavour split before we confirm the packing plan. Second, stock depth per flavour moves, so confirm the current flavour split in writing at the point of order rather than assuming last month’s availability still holds.
Carton, Packing and Container Data
The single most common gap in a wholesale enquiry is a price without packing data. Ask for all of the following before you negotiate, and you can price freight on the same day:
- Units per display box and boxes per carton, stated per model.
- Carton dimensions and gross weight.
- Units per 20ft container and per 40HQ container.
- Whether retail packaging is sealed, and whether display boxes are included.
- A loading plan for the exact quantity quoted.
Sealed retail packaging and included display boxes move landed cost far more than a few cents on unit price, which is why they belong in the first email rather than the last.

Lead Time and Dispatch
In-stock goods are picked and packed after payment clears, and the dispatch window is confirmed per order in working days on the proforma invoice. Because the stock already exists, the variable is packing queue depth, not production. That is also why we quote in working days rather than calendar days: public holidays on both ends of the route otherwise push the real arrival date out without anyone noticing.
Air freight is the usual choice when you are refilling a shelf. Sea freight makes sense when the order is large enough that the shipping cost per unit stops being the deciding factor. If you are weighing the two, the trade-offs are set out in our article on sea versus air freight for wholesale.
Compliance and Quality Documents
Manufacturing runs under ISO 9001:2015 and GMP 820 in a class 100,000 cleanroom, with MES traceability across eight core processes, and batch codes that reconcile to shipping documents. The paperwork that travels with a ready-to-ship order typically includes:
- Batch and serial records that reconcile to the packing list.
- Nicotine strength stated exactly as tested, per SKU.
- Laboratory documentation from accredited laboratories where applicable.
- Compliance file support for TPD and PMTA requirements, covered on our TPD page and PMTA page.
Compliance is a buyer obligation in most destination markets, and rules differ by state and country. Where a jurisdiction operates a state-level approved-product directory, stock that is legal to ship can still be unsaleable on a shelf, so check the destination list before you commit quantity rather than after. The wholesale FAQ covers the recurring buyer questions on MOQ, documents and lead times.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for ready to ship vape hardware?
2,000 pcs, with mixed flavours supported inside that quantity. Mixed orders are packed per carton, so the flavour split needs to be agreed before the packing plan is confirmed.
How fast can an in-stock order be dispatched?
In-stock goods are picked and packed once payment clears, and the dispatch window is confirmed per order in working days on the proforma invoice. The constraint is packing queue depth rather than production time, which is what separates a ready-to-ship order from a made-to-order one.
Can I see the carton specification before ordering?
Yes, and you should ask for it in the first exchange. Units per display box, boxes per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight and units per 20ft and 40HQ container are all provided before you commit, along with carton photographs and a loading plan for the quantity quoted.
Are samples taken from the same batch as the bulk order?
Approval samples are drawn from the stock the bulk order will be picked from, not from a separate golden sample. If a supplier cannot tell you which warehouse the sample came from, the sample is not evidence of what will arrive.
Do you supply e-liquid, THC oil or CBD oil with the hardware?
Nicotine e-liquid: yes – we supply nicotine e-liquid alongside hardware for licensed markets. THC oil, CBD oil and any cannabis-derived filler: no – no fill material of that kind leaves our factory.
What packaging data do I need before quoting freight?
Five numbers: units per display box, boxes per carton, carton dimensions, carton gross weight, and units per container. Sealed retail packaging and whether display boxes are included also change landed cost materially, so confirm both at the same time.
Can I mix models in one ready-to-ship order?
Yes. The 2,000 pcs minimum applies across the order rather than per line, so a single purchase order can carry Crown Bar 60K, VOZOL Pro T28 and ALIBARBAR Ingot 9000 together. Mixed orders are packed per carton, so the model and flavour split has to be agreed before the packing plan is confirmed.
Which documents arrive with an in-stock order?
Batch and serial records that reconcile to the packing list, nicotine strength stated exactly as tested for each SKU, and laboratory documentation from accredited laboratories where applicable. Compliance file support for TPD and PMTA requirements is provided on request.
